How to deliver the card?You send the card using the «Card Delivery» or «Pay & Schedule» button, as shown on the image. This will deliver the card to the recepient. After clicking the button, you will be able to choose to send a link yourself, schedule an email, or download a PDF to send. I can't see the button? --> Looks like you are not on your admin link. Are there any page/ signature limits to the ecards?There is no limit to the number of pages in an eCard. New blank pages are automatically added when people continue writing messages. An unlimited number of people can sign the group eCard. Messages can be as long as a single page allows—if that’s not enough, feel free to sign across multiple pages!
How to create a new page on my card?You don’t need to do anything. When someone writes on the last page, a new blank page is created automatically.
I want to schedule an automatic delivery. Can I still edit the ecard and add new messages?Yes, you can edit and reschedule the ecard until the scheduled delivery time is reached. Everyone can continue adding messages as well.
How do I know if my ecard was sent and opened by the recipient?If you schedule automatic delivery via email, we will send the eCard to the recipient and confirm by email that it was sent. Once the recipient opens the eCard, you will receive another confirmation email. If you don’t receive an "opened" confirmation, you may want to follow up with the recipient.
How to print or download a PDF version of my card?You can download a printable PDF version of your e-card. Open your eCard in admin view, click the “Delivery” button, and select “Download PDF”. If you’ve lost your admin link, you can access your account or request a recovery link from here.
How long are the online cards available?Paid cards are never deleted and will always be available online. You can also download a PDF version for safekeeping. Unpaid ecards are deleted after a 30 days grace period. You can still pay to restore a deleted eCard within 20 days after deletion. After that, it will be permanently deleted.
How to restore a deleted ecard?Unpaid ecards are deleted after a 30-day grace period. You can restore your card within 20 days by clicking the “Pay & Restore” button. After that period, the eCard is permanently deleted. If your eCard link leads to a blank page, it has unfortunately been permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
How to restore a deleted message?After every message edit (including deletion), a pop-up with an undo option appears. Once the pop-up disappears, the change becomes permanent and the message cannot be recovered. Please re-add the message or ask the original signer to do so.
How to move an ecard message?You can move a message by clicking and dragging it (similar to moving elements on a mobile device). To move a message to another page, copy the text and paste it into a new message box on the desired page.
I am the admin. How can I edit other people's messages?Use your admin link to edit all messages. If you’ve lost your admin link, you can access your account or request a recovery link from here.
